What to Expect
Gathering Hearts is a weekly opportunity to pause, reconnect and nourish yourself through the joy of singing and community.
I now host Gathering Hearts from my new home in Portugal, bringing both new songs to share and many much-loved favourites that we return to throughout the year.
Every song is taught by ear using a gentle call-and-response approach, making the sessions accessible to everyone—whether you’ve sung all your life or have never sung in a group before.
During the singing, everyone except me remains muted. This allows you to sing freely in the comfort of your own home without worrying about how you sound, while hearing the songs clearly as I lead alongside beautifully recorded harmony tracks.
Song lyrics are shared in the Zoom chat throughout the session, creating a relaxed, supportive and inspiring experience with everything you need to simply arrive, breathe and sing.
A Safe and Welcoming Space
Everyone who joins brings their own unique voice and experience.
There is no expectation to perform and no pressure to “get it right.” No one ever sings alone, and because participants remain muted while singing, this creates a wonderfully safe environment to explore your voice with confidence.
New members are always warmly welcomed, and no previous singing or online singing experience is needed.
Songs to Inspire and Nourish
Each session includes a collection of original songs and beautiful community songs, lovingly taught by Tembre in an easy, inclusive and uplifting way.
Filled with rich harmonies and inspiring words, these songs are designed to nourish the heart, lift the spirit and bring a sense of connection in the middle of your week.

Community Connection
At the end of each session, if you would like to stay a little longer, you are warmly invited to join optional breakout rooms where you can meet and chat with others in small groups. Many lasting friendships have grown from these simple conversations.
Registration & Contribution
Registration is required for every session.
A sliding-scale contribution of €8–€15 per session helps support the continuation of Gathering Hearts and allows everyone to contribute according to their circumstances.
Bank transfer is also available on request.
Please Note
Gathering Hearts takes place every Wednesday throughout the year. Occasionally, a session may need to be cancelled due to illness, family commitments or travel.
Please check your email by Tuesday evening each week for any updates before the session.
