Inspiration from a Yogi Teabag Tag message on a day I was returning back to my Somatic work with a peer ‘ This body needs to be understood to be taken care of’. In that moment I decided to create a song from these magic words instead of doing housework ! Sharing it with the world on World Earth Day 2026
