Inspiration:
This song appeared after a heartfelt conversation with a close friend over the phone between Portugal and Ireland, my two homes. I shared of negative patterns still being present after so much awareness and lifestyle changes. This is a love song to those parts of me that show up and instead of fighting it, acknowledging their presence and breath. A solo love song to myself and the massive expanse between the earth & sky, healing is happening.
